SCOPE OF ROLE: To define, design software product for the enterprise keeping in mind the evolving technologies. Software Architect is responsible for leading the Technology and engineering practices aspect of the software product. He or she will work with a team of highly talented development & QA engineers. The incumbent will help senior software engineering team to scope, estimate, plan and execute projects and work with development & peer architects to further the technological boundaries of the product to delight the customers.

Work within product engineering team as an architect to design and develop world class products.

Define, and Drive the Product Technology Vision.

Hands-on engineering architect functions across product/technology (engineering tasks), people (mentoring, coaching), process/project (delivery), and Sales, Support and customer enablement.

Develop the technical roadmap for enterprise class product by using the best possible technology available.

Guide a set of motivated technical team members in coming up with new product ideas as well as implement those into practical features for the product.

Work with the management to develop strategies to push newer technological and process improvements into the mainstream products.
